Rental Agreement & Liability Waiver
By checking the agreement box during booking, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the following terms


The person renting the inflatable ("Customer") must be 18 years of age or older and agrees to supervise the inflatable at all times during the rental period.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all users follow these safety rules.

The Customer understands that inflatable play involves inherent risks including, but not limited to:

Falls
Slips
Collisions
Sprains
Broken bones
Personal injury

The Customer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with use of the rented equipment

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of British Columbia and Canada, the Customer agrees to release, waive, and hold harmless Sky Bounce & Bubble Rental Inc., its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any liability, claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of the rented equipment, including injuries to participants or spectators, except where caused by the company's proven negligence.

The Customer agrees that the following rules will be enforced at all times:

Adult supervision is required at all times.
No shoes inside the inflatable.
No food, drinks, gum, candy, or alcohol inside the inflatable.
No sharp objects.
No pets.
No flips, wrestling, roughhousing, or climbing on walls.
Do not exceed the posted maximum number of participants.
Riders should be of similar size whenever possible.
Do not use the inflatable during high winds, heavy rain, lightning, or severe weather.

If unsafe weather occurs, all participants must exit immediately and the blower should be turned off if instructed.

The Customer agrees to keep the inflatable free from:

Silly string
Face paint
Glitter
Confetti
Fireworks
Cigarettes
Open flames
Animals
Sharp objects
Permanent markers
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety rules may result in repair or replacement charges.
Sky Bounce & Bubble Rental Inc. reserves the right to cancel or postpone rentals due to unsafe weather conditions.
If weather conditions become unsafe during the rental period, the inflatable must not be used.
The Customer accepts responsibility for any damage to the inflatable caused during the rental period beyond normal wear and tear.
Only Sky Bounce & Bubble Rental Inc. employees or authorized representatives may install or relocate the inflatable.
The Customer agrees not to move, alter, disconnect, or modify the equipment.
The Customer agrees to provide a suitable electrical outlet within the required distance of the setup location and understands that the blower must remain running continuously while the inflatable is in us
Unless otherwise requested in writing, the Customer grants Sky Bounce & Bubble Rental Inc. permission to use photographs of the inflatable setup (not close-up identifiable images of children) for promotional and marketing purposes.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
By checking the agreement box during checkout, I certify that:

I am at least 18 years of age.
I have read and understand this Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver.
I agree to supervise the inflatable at all times.
I accept responsibility for the safe use of the equipment.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the rental.
I agree to the Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver.
